Check my number of installs

Regardless of your subscription tier, you’ll have a limited number of times you can install Microsoft 365 desktop apps.

To determine the number of installs that are currently being used on your account:

1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your ELITE WEB Co. username and password).
2. Select Download Office, which opens your Microsoft 365 account. You may be asked to sign in using your Microsoft 365 email address and password.
   
3. Your number of installs is shown under My installs.
