Step 3 of the Set up my Microsoft 365 account series. If you do not already have a registered an account, you can purchase Microsoft 365 email now. The Elite Web Co., also offers other email plans, such as Professional email.

 Note: We recommend using the Outlook app for Android. To get Outlook, use your phone’s camera to scan this QR code.

Add your Microsoft 365 email account to Gmail on your Google Pixel (Android) device. Then you can send and receive business emails from your phone.

1. Open Gmail.
   • New users: Add an email address.
     
   • Existing users: Select Account and tap Add another account.
     
2. Select Exchange and Microsoft 365.
   
3. Enter your Microsoft 365 Email and tap Next.
   
4. Enter your password and tap Next.
   

Note: You might need to choose your account type as Work or School to continue.

5. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, follow the prompts to set up one of the available options, or verify your account using your existing MFA method. If security defaults are enabled, set up MFA on the Microsoft Authenticator App.

6. When your account is ready to go, tap Done.

7. To see your inbox, tap Take me to Gmail. You can access your Profile settings to update your display name or mobile signature.
